Yes, ground is shared. But you should disconnect red wire in the Spektrum plug.
Next week we will get AR7700 so we will check the compatibility. If there is any problem we will sort it out immediately and I will send you updated firmware.
You can change channel order in the unit for PPM.

Wow, thank you, great news. I don't want to mess with ppm, until that i changed back to 2 sats. I wanted to use the ar7700 to get telemetry data. Thank you for checking compatibility with the AR7700. do you need me to send you mine? or you buy one anyway to check?
thank you!
Another topic, now i changed the rail 106 to rail 116 on trex 700 DFC, it is night and day. All tail bounce back disappeared, holding in tic toc like stone! Seems at 1950 rpm it needs the longer tail blade.

Hi,
here is special firmware, that will make it work:
http://spirit-system.com/dl/fw/spirit-f ... ar7700.4df
It is 1.3.2 with only change for AR7700 to make new Spektrum SRXL protocol compatible.

Thank you very much!!!!
Is it 101% safe to use it? it is going to be used on a t-rex 700, and a signal problem wouldn't be so good
