it worked in the last helicopter without issues.

tried 2 different voltage supplies.

Hello,

can you please describe what you have exactly did before it happened?
There may be a different reasons why the unit could appear dead.
So with your description it will help us to find what is wrong and what is a proper solution.

ok.

ESC telemtry wired like shown in wiki (platinum 60A V4)
ESC @ AUX1
Jeti cable +/- @ RUD
Jeti signal @ AIL
ESC rpm @ PIT
USB interface @ SYS

i switched the ESC to the receiver and could calibrate the throttle range, so the receiver was powered.
spirit´s LED stays dark, no matter if the ESC is plugged to the receiver or spirit

Thank you for the details.
But did the unit worked previously in any other configuration?
Are you using our Telem UNI cable?

First, I recommend to unplug everything except ESC from the unit. This will tell us if something is wrong with the unit.

no, it´s not the original tele uni cable. it´s a spektrum satelite cable. BUT i switched the pins in the self-crimped servo-connector like shown on wiki.

the unit worked before in another heli, without issues. but there was no ESC telemetry.

i tested it without anything. just a small bec with 6V to power up the spirit. unfortunately the LEDs does nothing...

Thank you.

Did you pulled off the red wire from the ESC telemetry cable?
It is very important to not connect the red wire at all (at least on one side of the cable) if you are using Spektrum Adapter cable.

Failure found...

Is it repairable?

Ah, that is sad.
Fortunately we can repair any unit, usually in one day. You can just ship it to us and we will fix it immediately.
