OK, thank you for the info.

We have two options:
  • send the unit to a dealer (if you bought the unit there)
  • send the unit directly to us (probably the faster)

If it is only flashing issue, all the repair and shipping will be for free.

If you want to make it very fast, we can order the UPS carrier so that he can pickup package directly from your home and dilver to us in 1 - 2 days.

Please add the following note somewhere on the package: "Warranty Repair"
For easy customs please declare package value not higher than 20 USD.

It will arrive to us in approx. week. Then we will fix it in one day and send it back to you.

if you wish to use our UPS carrier (import) service, please check attached guide.
Because this is express method, it will require a payment from your side (see the document).
There you can find all required details.

If you decide to ship the package with USPS (normal shipping), then we can (depending on your wish) to send it by such shipping back too you - this method is completely for free.
