Thank you for your settings. Settings in the Bank looks good, unfortunately it is just from single Bank.
When saving all banks you will get 3 files.
But if the rest is looking similarly then I think that the problem is not here.
Now we know that you are activating the rescue by a negative gyro gain. From this we can deduce you are probably using a mix in your radio.
In Spektrum it could be little bit complicated if using this method so there are possibilities that it could behave not correctly.
Very important is to program for which Flight mode it is active and for which not. And then there is question if you are using a multiple gyro gains between flight modes.
If so, there I fear could be the issue. But if so, you should be able to get into the wrong (unwanted) condition when rescue is engaged even that you dont want it.
The easiest thing is to try all possible switch positions. Unfortunately this will require also to start the motor. Since when Throttle Hold is engaged, you will not see possible issues - since it may be still in Autorotation/Throttle Hold flight mode.
So you may disconnect motor or just motor pinion to verify all conditions.
