Then it is weird, could you send me settings from the helicopter, please?
Be sure ignition is not too close to the unit, sometimes there are problems with grounding and high voltage is passing to the cables.
Also what receiver type is used? Is it same as with Vbar? Is there something different from connection of Vbar?
For example digital protocols are not so affected by some noise.
I know more people with Align 600N and Spirit, without issues, so we should be able to determine problem.

We are currently using a spektrum sats, i do have a spare 6 channel rx is it worth trying that?

If satellites were used with VBar too, then there is no reason for trying classic RX.
Can you spool up the helicopter without blades and check, whether there is some unwanted cyclic movement?
This should tell us, if there is just setup issue or rather mechanical/noise.

I couldn't see any but we just changed all the bearings and the main blades and moved the spirit to the back. Will try it again Wednesday. I will let you know.

Great, if you can test it carefully even with the tail blades and it will be OK, then I am sure it will be only about settings.
Be sure to NOT enable vibration analysis for this tests, since it blocks all servos.

Spent half the day on this today, that's new main blades, new main bearings, new harder dampener. Vibration analyser shows 22 max but in the green still. We even put a brand new spirit on just in case it was faulty, still the same. I finally found a way to reduce the oscillation in the skids but it won't go completely it's still there a bit in FF flight. I had to put both the elevator and elevator pitch pump compensation up to maximum. Any ideas ?

Thanks, I will give that a try and capture the vibration screen
