Thanks. Does it happen all the time or it is rather random?
Could you try it with transmitter turned off? (turned off even before initialization)

Here's a video.
what is weird is when I first plugged it in today I could not get it to do this. I turned the X3 off and back on then restarted the software and replugged everything in and this happened.

I will try that now, It did not happen the first time I plugged it in when saving to the unit or opening the log.
When I restarted it, now it happens every time for any save or opening of a log. This same thing is happening with the new firmware as well.

Very weird!
With the Tx turned off I can not seem to replicate the issue. I tried 3 times, I'll try a few more but it seems to have solved it. Still very weird.

Thank you very much.
It seems that there is something wrong with speed of computer response or driver.
Did you updated driver/do you use driver from Windows or it is installed through the software installer?
Nothing changed in saving from 1.0.24 in the firmware, so it is strange to me that it happened now.
But I am sure we will fix it soon.

Great, that means that I should look somewhere in S-Bus implementation.

Also had a "lockup" today after doing multiple saves (ie changing bailout/stabilization modes) for each bank.
I saved after when prompted after changing the bank. This was done on PC using USB cables, but was not sure what happened so quit software and power cycled heli.
Also had the servo's go nuts after changing stablization mode via BT module/Android.
Looked similar to when I changed the channel assignment previously.
Again power cycled and everything was good.
Have a similar setup to Jmann
Taranis using SBUS/Tarot adapter, throttle channel is assigned from S-BUS, but physically connected to RX.
Cheers,
Yak.

Yak,
Try repeating it with the Tx off. I can't get it to happen with the Tx off.
Tomas,
Please let me know if you need me to do any more testing.

Zexx same problem with classic pwm spektrum ar8000. Only when I connect my spirit unit to pc and i wanna download my log. It doesnt happen everytime and I cannot say how to reproduce it. I have to unplug and plug battery and restart spirit sw. After that all is fine. It happens on win7 and win8.1
