50hz freq is for an analog tail servo. 200-333 is for a digital tail servo. Is your tail analog or digital?

This is digital servo.
I changed the frequency on the tail servo to 333 and there are no issues. I haven't flown it though.
Same applies to the cyclic servos, they are also digital. Should I change them to 200 Hz as well?

There could be a problem with Micro servos. For example Align/Savox micro servos are rated as Digital. But in reality they can handle at most 60Hz and are very poor in comparison to for example MKS servos.
This is because there is DC motor that is not coreless. So until there is no coreless motor, it is not recommended to use more than 60Hz.
