It’s on the tail boom and it all fits with the uSPIRIT. I could have optimized the wiring, I left all the adapters and the long wires.

It fly’s heavy but it has the RTH and rescue. Great to learn and rescue from crash.

Yeah I see. All the adaptors is the reason my 250cfx's don't have have uSpirits. You save a few mm with the spirit but then need to find space for 5 adaptor cables.

I'm wondering if the S2 would fit; the bird is slightly nose heavy already with a 1500mah 3s, so may balance it out.
But then the S2 doesnt have motor tail software.

I tested 3.1 today in 570. It works fine. But on my side nothing is different. Heli flies same (which is good), but rescue is still not reliable. It works exactly like in 2.8. If I make easy flying, funnels, hurricanes, everything fine. But if I make 10 or 20 consecutive flips or rolls, rescue is gone...

Then you can try Stabi Correction feature. If it will be still not good then I am afraid something is really wrong.

Yes I'll test it. I couldn't enable it in the field because OpenTX scripts were nor updated. But in general, is rescue supposed to work after such maneuvers? I'm confused if I should try to improve my models or not. I had rescue work reliable in Spirit for over 400 flights and I learned a lot thanks to this feature. Now it's not working, even in my 700 which shows almost no vibration on the bench. And I'm not sure if it is a matter of my helis or is it a matter of my flying. Obviously I wasn't doing 20 flips in a row or 20 tic tocs when I was learning basics, and when rescue was working fine. I'm at a level where I don't need resce at all, but I feel it would sometimes speed up thehprocess of bringing maneuvers from sim to reality. Is it supposed to work on more advanced levels?

Tomas and team,
One more congratulations for another part of Spirit 3.1 release.....

I just received my BlueTooth Module and my Wireless Module recently and loaded up the apps, had no problems connecting either one as per Spirit manuals. They worked flawless.

This is another piece of incredible programming and very helpful technology, especially bluetooth at the field with the app on the phone, and at home with the wi-fi module connected throughout the house as well. The interface, and information is incredible to have handy when needed, at the field or at home on the smartphone. Once again, CONGRATULATIONS on these nice apps! Thanks Tomas and Team!!!
P.S. Instructions for setting up both modules are in the Spirit Manual and were very helpful.

I think you can use both BT and WiFi in similar way, both at home and at the field. Spirit WiFi isn't connecting to your network at home, it is rather creating a hot spot, so it works at the field equally well. And I think it works since always, doesn't need 3.1. My wifi module stays in the drawer because it needs same port as OpenTX integration cable so unfortunately I can't use it. But I tested that in the past and it worked fine.

Not underrating 3.1 here, just correcting informations... As to 3.1 I have in two helis, one being a 700 and all looks fine so far.

The WiFi unit do need to be updated to 3.1 or latest version as it has a web server that allows settings to be made - settings that may have changed since the last time that WiFi unit was flashed with firmware...
