Spirit System

We received the ESC and finishing the telemetry support now.

Hopefully it is still coming along nicely. Can't wait to get the ESC telemetry through Spirit.

I use FrSky f.bus with Spirit and my Twin X-Lite S radio. Spirit staying up to date on protocols is one of the reasons I went with it and seeing OMP ESC protocol added just reaffirms that I chose the right flybarless unit! Looking forward to the future with my Spirit GTs. Thanks for the great support.

The telemetry is ready. Anyone interested can write me so I can give you access for testing firmware.

we already tested the support and it works well.
We have to finish few other things next week to be closer to release. Then I will be able to share new firmware for more pilots.

I am desperately waiting every day for the new release with OMP telemetry support. I urgently need it for the maiden flight of my new OMP M4. When will it be available? What does the cabling look like?

Thanks for the update. I ran my battery too low last time I flew. I was flying a lot harder than normal and didn't adjust my flight timer before hand. It will be great to have low voltage alarm on my Twin X-Lite radio with the OMP ESC. Getting close... can't wait.

3.6.0 was released with OMP M4 ESC telemetry support. (Thanks!)

I ordered the telemetry cable from Spirit for it. Anyone know if the cable is long enough for the OMP M4? It has to reach from the back of the heli canopy area all the way to the front. The picture makes it look a little short but it is really hard to tell from the picture so maybe not. I guess I will find out.
