Jeti Integration and Spirit bin file error message

Thank you for the screenshot. Now I can see there are some files. But Spirit.BIN file is not there at the moment. So integration will not work.

Good morning, I have watched the video, deleted the installed file (zipped version) and have downloaded the file, unzipped it and copied the files across to my Jeti DC-14 transmitter.

The error message is still there. I await your direction on the next steps.

If everything was done correctly then the only problem could be that Spirit firmware version is actually too old.
What firmware do you have? According your first post it is 3.5.0.

If it is the latest 3.5.0 then unfortunately it was still not copied correctly.
If you can install TeamViewer I can fix this error in one minute for you remotely.

I appreciate your offer, however, this is my main PC, not my working laptop where I connect to my SpiritPro gyros. I assume you want to remote into my laptop and have access to my Tx. Neither of my machines have Teamviewer installed.

This proposed method doesn't give any learning process to the Forum members to understand how to troubleshoot the problem. My preference is for you to explain what you want me to do. This process should really be the content of a manual (online or otherwise).

Hello again, I have installed Teamviewer on my laptop (German language). If we go this route, I need an ID to activate the session.

Hi all, once again a good result coming from a direct intervention. The connecting was a bit of a long trial but the solution was delivered almost instantly. Files were sorted out to make sure there is agreement with dates.

I had a similar problem until I viewed the youtube video link provided by Habasek in a previous thread which was really helpful. After you unzip the Spirit files each must go into its appropriate Jeti program file. Once I did this correctly the update error message disappeared.
