How to set up the Spirit unit is simple, there are also many options to adapt it to your heli.
You don't need any pre-set model, just set it up right basically and it will fly.
Use the banks to make some corrections, fine-tuning, and you can easily find a setup that will suit you.
Spirit units work in all helis, including the 800.

I have now checked everything again.
Geometry is already set to 6°. Blades set to 0°!
Cyclic Feed Forward is now set to 4!
I'll test it that way!
Further settings:
- Rudder Revomix at 7 - WHY?
- Pirouette consistency at 185 - OK
- Cyclic Gain 55% - OK
- Elevator Filter at 4 - WHY?
- Pitch +/- 12,5 - OK
- Servo's Theta Razor DH1

Greetings

Speeds for the Soxox 8.1:
1050-1400
I have tried many things.
The tail still turns away to the right, although I have already set Rudder-Revomix to 7.
I can't get rid of the bobbing via pitch either...

What are your default settings for an 800 Heli?

Please give me a link to the manual for your helicopter, I can't find it.
And I also put the settings from the Spirit unit as an attachment.
Thank you¨

For heli class 800, the recommended speed is approx. 1700-1800 rpm.
Can you give me the saved settings from the unit (*.4ds file).

This may or may not be your problem.

Cyclic Ring (Tuning) is different from Geometry 6° (Tuning) .
The Cyclic Ring on the Limits Tab should be set to less than or equal to the pitch setting. I have my pitch set same as yours, +/-12°. The Cyclic Ring I have set to 10°.
The Geometry 6° on the Advanced Tab should always be set to 6° regardless of other settings.

I only mention this as I had similar problems will my second heli upon initial setup with the Spirit GT.
After exhausting efforts of trying to tune it out, read the manual throughly which can be daunting and exhausting. Realized I had a blonde moment and mixed the 2 up.
Once I corrected the settings the heli now flys beautifully.

Hello,

please share your configuration file. Without knowing value for Geometry 6° I dont know if it is correct or not.
If not, it can cause many problems with cyclic performance.

Even that you said it is configuired to 6° this configuration can be incorrect, because it depends where and how this angle was measured and if 0° was set really well.
If 0° is not correct, then resulting value for Geomery 6° can be for example 10° even that you measured 6°.

This guide can help you to set Swashplate really well from the beginning:
http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.p ... tive_Pitch

Elevator Filter at 4 is required because 600+ class models are quite heavy and elevator can't stop instantly as fast as smaller models. So the elevator movements must be corrected by unit.

If tail is not working well and is not holding even with Revomix at 4 something is seriously wrong in the mechanics or base setup or RPM not holding too well.

With your settings file (4ds) that you can save in the Backup tab I can check it all.

Hello!

Are there any abnormalities in my configuration?
The tail is ok,
only above Nick I have a bouncing/oscillation problem.
