is this the right way, if so its kind a unclear in the manual maybe you guys should make a clear video and include link in the manual ( I'm sure it will save a lot of crashes ) just an idea.

both is wrong. did you reversed it? the difference should be very clear.... this is the sam as the first vid.

when you check piro optimization, and the swash tilts lets say towards the white car, then as no matter how you turn the heli it should point towards the white car always.

No you need to tick reverse in Piro optimalization. Manual clearly says cyclic needs to point to same place, like compass does point to north, regardless of heli turning underneath.
