Tail is a good place to look then. Do you balance blades? is the tail shaft bent? Bearings in good shape in the grips and tail shaft?

I recommend to do Vibration Analysis as it is much more precise and can tell us which axis is affected to the highest extent. Mostly it is Y, then Z and then X.

spectrum says okay, under 30 % adjusted servo rods to stop drift, pretty good but on stab. but on normal not good, do I have to go through set up again after adjusting servo rods. I think not.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly, but servo rods should be always adjusted so that the swashplate is perfectly horizontal when you enable Servo/Subtrim (tuning) option. Also servo horns should be perpendicular and blades pitch should be 0° at the same time.

I went through set up and it pulled right in stab mode adjused servo rods so it didn't drift. but in mormal mode it takes off left. if any sdjustmants are done do you have to go through set up again but leave rods where they are when software asks for swash level. It will not fly stable wen shash was set with swash leveler.

Is the heli balanced front to back?
Is the swash leveler bent?
Is the Spirit mounted on an angle?

Just to be sure, you follow this; subtrim checked, center the servos with the slider, adjust the length of the servo rods so the swash is level, then adjust the linkage to the main blades to zero pitch. Then uncheck subtrim checkbox.

That should work... if it's not there is something else amiss. You checked vibration... not the problem. The unit is mounted level, you power up with the unit is level.

You save the settings on the Spirit software before you power anything down or disconnect.

If all that is done and still it doesn't work, I would check with Zex but perhaps you should reset to factory defaults and start over again.

You shouldn't do any changes in subtrims if it was configured with a cyclic leveler (correctly). This can cause problems in the flight. So it is not correct solution.
