Hello,
when starting in the stabilisation mode it is recommended to start the helicopter on a flat surface.
If you will tilt the helicopter to one side for a while, it will remember it and will stay at this position. So returning direction can be changed even it starts in angle.

Can you measure vibration level in the software, please? Maybe the level is extremely high, so it can cause the problem.

Well I think you are saying in the subtrim tab that the software locks the servos at middle position (90 - you call it) and so at that point your use the sliders to make sure the arms are exactly at 90 degrees to the swash.
My point was that you actually saved those settings, cause if you didn't than the servos would revert to the old position.
Seems like it's either the vibration (what heli is this again?) or a swash that is no longer level.
