Yes, I did swap the pins on that cable around to match the YouTube video.
Just want to know if the 4651T and SRXL2 sats (9747) are firmware update-able.

.... i do not own a 4651T anymore, but i had no problem updating it with 3065 cable some 1-2 months ago.
