Continuous little noise of the servos(SOLVED)

Now the servos make no noise at rest, not even in the end stops.

The problem of the ail / ele range in Limits tab, I solved this: I gave a bit of subtrim to all 3 servos (brought slightly up 30 value) and the servo arms always seem perpendicular. I could also raise the value of aile / ele range in limits tab at 10° from 9°(old value) ,and now I no longer hear the noise of the servos at the limit angle / and range.
Obvious now I'll do the wizard again, because it's all chained, but I have to start with 30 value in the subtrim setting.
With 30 of value(in subtrim settings) the servo arms still seem all perpendicular 90°.
I hope it was the right method
