Spirit System

I think it had the latest, or next latest firmware.
I just now reconnected via the PC and subsequently saw the serial number ( 13-33-2b-6 ), but I can't get this to show again - just asks for spirit unit to be connected.
The serial number on the box is: 67-1a-44-8d-bb-b2.
I originally bound this receiver, and had it in a scale Align 700 fuselage and had completed the set-up which was saved.
I think I had a BEC connection in the AUX socket, and the ESC Throttle connection in Thr.
I was using the Wave radio either upgrading the radio or the receiver, sorry I don't remember now!
I went through trying to bind to a different model without success and even downgraded the radio to try that, but sorry some of the steps leading to its non-functioning I now can't clearly remember.
I may have used a 4-cell NiMH in the T1 at one point?

Just as an aside, if setting language to Australian in the new radio firmware 14, time can go from GMT +9 to +11 with daylight saving or otherwise and not just +9.5 to +10.5.

1. Please flash Spirit firmware 3.7.0 (without Spirit RX option) with the PC software.
2. Then select firmware 3.7.1 in the Spirit Settings software, click at the Flash button and select Spirit RX option. At this point you should see that receiver firmware is flashed and then Spirit firmware as well.
3. Perform the update and everything should work again.

Make sure nothing is plugged in T1 port (at the signal) during this operation.

This has ultimately worked, but took about 20 attempts as the upgrades frequently failed for some reason?
I have now managed to finally bind the W1 again and am awaiting, trying to program the unit again.
Work has unfortunately been intervening here!
