Here it is:

Here are also screens of my measurement of the pulse with gov off at 0 and 100% thr. Endpoints are spot on.

Thanks for the video.
Have you tried to connect a Servo to see the signal? I use Spirit Gov with bailout on Ver 2.0 a lot during last weeks and never had any failures or issues.
However I never use airplane mode on my CC EDGE setups, I always use ext Gov with initial Spool up left to ESC for safety but with very fast in Spirit for Bailout.
For general understanding: TC >50% spirit goes into Governor, based on max Head speed multiplied by %, below 50% TC is passed trough.
If once Governor was engaged and TC does not go below 11% next spool up will be Bailout spool up in a 1/3 of initial spool up.
Someone mentioned something about a TC ramp in 100ms instead of jump. Well if TC ramps up to 90% instead of a jump, it going from 0 trough 50% to 90%, asking Spirit to pass trough, causing ESC to Spin somewhere at 40% TC, with Governing later. Could this be the case?
Have you tried to do selective reboot if possible, as effect is only on initial spinnup?
What if only Spirit gets power cycled?
What if only ESC?
What if only RX?

Thanks for your answer.
Actually im uploading a vid right now of exact that spoolup with the pulse checker attached. The spirit is sending 1400us pulse the first release of thr hold! This isnt my esc, thats ruled out, also my futaba I measured, it does nothing weird at all. Vid in aprox 6 minutes.
Your leaving the esc in charge of the spoolup so problems like this will never show up.
I can try to powercycle the spirit after my tx. Esc won't work, it will wait for hold before it initialises.

Here it is, a vid of the first and second spoolup of the vid with my pulse checker connected to the Spirit Aux port:

Its logical that at the first spoolup eventually it keeps raising since the motor is not running, so theres no phase sensor data.

Tried what Adrian suggested. Connected spirit after tx and transmitter where linked
ESC initialises, same problem at first spoolup. 100% something in the Spirit...

Thanks, I see, it's doing a 300us jump right after release of hold, but only on very first spoolup. Rest of slow ramp looks good.
On 2nd spoolup, jump is only 50us as defined in spoolup ramp.
If this would be bailout spoolup, ramp would be faster, but you won't see this 300us jump, just 50us jump.
I did also lots of puls monitoring and checked ESC logs but never saw this jump.
What else have we got different? Have you got Spirit or Sprit Pro? I got a Pro.

Even if I set a thr curve of 0 to 100 and manually raise the throttle until it starts to spin slowly, its enough to make the gov work on the next spoolup. I m maidening this weekend but I don't know about this work around.

Can you attach your 4ds file, please?
Maybe there is something we will find there.
Did you tried default transmitter settings?

Yes, brand new futaba model, heli h-1, only thr reversed to match the diagnostics screen and endpoints adjusted.
