It looks like there is big delay for governor and throttle response.
This delay can be induced for example by too tight push rods. It should be butter smooth, so when it will reach Requested RPM it will stop with increasing immediately, but for some reason it takes longer.

For normal operation higher Current RPM is not a problem at all, but if there is mechanical delay, then governor performance will be not ideal. So it is very same as with cyclic or rudder mechanics.

Throttle linkage is very smooth and very fast and precise JR digital servo is being used.

Thank you for the info.

We are working hard on the firmware that will take into account slower response (motor, servo, sensor) so it should be precise.
It will be ready in the upcoming days.

I believe that it will help you.

Thank you for your continued support.

Running out of ideas now as to what to do with this and really do want to use the on-board governor on the unit.

I will now wait for you to post an update to try.
After all this time with this I look forward to trying anything.
