Hi still having a tail wag. But it only wags when i start to pitch up. Doesn't matter if it is hard or soft pitch up. I have tried most things,
Rudder delay is in zero. Pitch consistency is 170. I have tried rudder delay higer with no luck. Using a kds 690tail servo brushless.
Speed: 0.039sec/60°@8.4V

HI!

On trex 700 with RJX tail servo with 0,03 sec/60 i had the same issue. Try piro consistency 190-200. your tail servo is fast enough. You may need to decrease the tail gain a bit to do this. if the issue is still there, then the gov gain is very high. i have my governor gain with align 750MX castle 120A at 6 or 7. rpm is 1950.

And bump the tail refres rate to the max your servo is capable. ( mine is 1520us 333hz, and the holding is good)

Rjx standard tail servo frequency is 760 µs 333hz

yes, there is a typo, cyclics are 1520 333hz, tail is 760 333hz. In this case this is irrelevant.

Spec for tail servo say 720us 560hz, shall i try 333hz

No, leave it at 560hz, but try to increase the piro consistency, it's the "I" gain in other systems, it is also known as heading hold gain.

can you tell me how you have configured mechanical tail center position?
Can you share your settings, please? You can attach 4DS file here.

Have solved the problem i think. Gov gain was to high. Will do some more testing in next couple of days.
