Hi,
the problem is only in Throttle Range settings.
After recalibration of your ESC everything will be good.
Alternatively you can change Throttle Range - Min. and Throttle Range - Max. values in the settings of the unit (General tab).

Hi,
in the transmitter you do not have to change value to stop the motor.
You can just change value in the software (-60 change to -65 or less).
This should solve the problem.

So, adjust your TX end points or servo travel to achieve 0 - 100 in the Spirit Diagnostic tab.
Then calibrate your ESC to that if you can.
If the motor does not turn off, lower the Min value in the Governor screen, don't touch your TX anymore.
