Has anyone gotten a nitro governor to work yet?

I have a Trex-600, OS motor, Align HE50H22 pickup and Savox 0220 throttle servo.
It works a 1/4 of the time, it is requesting the correct RPM, just goes way above it, like it's not governed at all, kind of runaway. If you switch banks it will start working some times and then after switching banks again it goes off into 200, 300 higher than requested. I'm pretty sure we have tried ever setting possible.

Would like to hear from someone that has got it to work.

Thanks for your help.

Larry

Nope, afraid not.
Using a MultigovPro instead straight out of the box without a single adjustment.

Maybe the new update will improve things.

Of course it should work. We are testing governor from the beginning on the electric, nitro and gasser helicopters.
With the latest firmware results are even better and I am very satisfied personally.

Together we can set it if you will need any help.

I'd love to hear at least one person say they're using it and it's working well on their nitro..

Anyone? Anyone?

heh.

Can't wait to try 2.0 and see if it's better :D

Got to try out 2.0 on a Spirit Pro with my N5c today. This exact Heli and sensor (Spektrum backplate) wouldn't work at all on the older governor with 1.2 firmware.

Happy to report that it works fine now on 2.0. RPM is varying a couple hundred RPM as an load and unload it (seen via Jeti telemetry) but the engine was very rich and I didn't touch the stock settings for anything in the Spirit 2.0 software. Hoping to get out later in the week and do some tuning, but even as it sits it flies very well and the power delivery and consistency of the governor is close enough that a sport flier would be fine with it.

Well I set my trex 700 nitro with the new v2.0 settings and it flys great with the
Standard governor settings
A bit slow to spool up but I can confirm it works 100% now

I will need to get to know what all the gov settings parameters mean now ,though
I don't like altering settings if ime unsure what they do
