I have a setting of 70 when setting the 6 deg head geometry on my Trex 450 PRO DFC. The manual say it should be 90 to 160 optimal. I am already on the inside hole of the servo arm (Align DS4 only has two). Should I try to use a servo arm with a closer hole to the driver arm? Do other people have trouble with a 450 using this low of a setting (like 70)?

Trex 450 Showing 70 as set for 6 Deg Head Geometry
I have got Trex 450Pro with DFC Upgrade. Distance from Servo Center to Ball 12.5mm.
Collective Pitch: 171 (+-12.5°) / Cyclic-Ring: 145 / 6° Geometry: 128 / Cyclic Gain: 55% / Elevator Filter: 1 / Cyclic Feed Forward: 5
Worked great with Version 1.3 and feels even better with Version 2.0
With 70 geometry, swash plate resolution is not as high, resulting in less Servo range for FBL to work with. I would give it a try, if you have cyclic problems, like wobble,.... shortening Servos Arms would be the first place to work on.
