Maidened today, some questions, and my first impression

Hi,
Maidened the Spirit Pro today. Used the yge gov for now because of external gov issues. I must say the first impression is very good! Tail was very solid, no hunting not even with wind. That is one of the issues with vbar, the tail hunt

The feeling was very sim like, and that is the way I like it. (style 4) really felt like a bigger heli. I had no trouble to fly 3d with it immediately.
Am I correct that the Cyclic agility and tail rate speed are called rotation cyclic and rotation tail? Stock is way to slow for me and I raised both at the field from 8 to 10 but I dont really know if there was any difference.
So, very possitive first impression

This could mean the end of my vbars.
Also with the rescue, I did set the time that it flips to upright to 2 seconds. Can the agility it uses to flip back be changed? On my x3 I find it rather extreme and that isnt really nessesary.
Rock solid

In order to avoid a boom strike during the rescue, you should decrease the cyclic ring. Actually there is no other way to reduce the flip rate.

hmmm Im at max 12 for the cyclic ring and even then I can go further. Won't this influence cyclic agility? Which was way to slow for my taste.

Just raise your rotation rates. Im at 10 & 10 on my g500 sport and it seems fast enough for me. At 11 its really fast. If those dont do it up for you then up your headspeed. You can raise your cyclic ring now and the software will tell you if your too high by changing the writing to a purple ish color which should help in decreasing boom strikes.

Im at max cyclic ring. Upped to 10 but still very slow. Will try higher tommorow. Used 116 on the vbar.
Im anti extreme headspeed. I just need agility

Ok, the very slow is because I didn't know I needed to save. Coming from vbar this is weird to me. There you change a setting and its saved. This needs getting used too

Today I tuned some more. Now at 10 cyclic and 12 tail. Much better. Will tune it more agressively after some more flights. Also raised feed forward by 1 point. Very positive, I like the style 4 sim feeling. Heli really feels bigger (gaui x3) every flight im testing rescue. Works every time.
Ow also lowered the cyclic ring to 10 degrees. The flip rescue does is much better now. Since it first does a 2sec climbout before it flips, it doesn't need to be boomstrike violent.
Now it needs something called "tail pre comp" which I found, in spirit its called tail revo

Great. My recommendation is to not use Revomix at all if possible. For V-Bar it is normal, but Spirit has very fast response and algorithms that does not need nearly any precomensations if servos are fast enough.
With a proper settings it can fly perfectly without revomix with 99% helicopters.
What servo do you use for the rudder? I can tell you how to set parameters.

Turnigy 616mg. Please note I haven't maxed the tailgain and am using yge gov, as soon as I can use external I will switch to that.

Any parameter suggestions?

Yes,
Rudder Delay should be in range of 0 - 5, Pirouette Consistency 170, rudder neutral position 3-4° for your helicopter.
