Hi when i was putting in my gear ratio for my heli in the gov setting menu it would only let me put in 9.35 or 9.40. I want to enter 9.37 seams it goes up in 5s. Can this be fixed or am i doing something wrong.

Hi,

you can just set: 9.35.
Values with a bigger precision will not improve anything, because such small difference could cause maximally 0.5 RPM difference which is highly under sensor resolution.
So even 9.3 or 9.4 will be not an issue.

Ok i thought that would be the case. Thanks for the reply. Jusut another question. Do i set max head in settings so that i fly 100% throttle to acheive it or do i ser max headspeed at 2400 and adjust throttle to acheive 2300 this allows a bit of room to govern. Or do i not need to do that.

In the end, it's not important. The Governor will try to hold the HS you requested, if it can or not, depends on the battery, motor, gearing and so.

You can put 6000 and ask for 50% to get 3000 RPM, for what it's worth... (ok, maybe ask for 51% because otherwise the Governor will not engage, but you get the point)

Put the maximum HS that you will get at beginning of flight according to your calculations, so you always have the option to use that with 100%, if you want...
