Hi, I suspect my spirit pro is faulty. But to be sure, here what it behaves like:

Its a new device, new heli. Cabling was done, initial config of the spirit was done, no problem. Today I wanted to continue with the setup and the spirit is flashing for about a minute during bootup until it is ready. I then updated from 2.0 to 2.01 - no change. After boot everything seems ok at first, i.e. there is connection to the software and all parameters can be adjusted, BUT: servos do not move. Not even when I check the subtrim on the servos page.

Looks like a faulty device or is it just me? :-)

thanks, rolf

Hi,

can you describe your wiring when the issue occured for the first time? How did you powered the unit?
We will sort it out together.

Wiring is as described in the manual for Jeti EX bus. The split cable from receiver (rex7) to "RUD" and "ELE/PIT/TAIL". Power from BEC (6V) to "AUX1". Rudder servo on CH4 and swash servos on CH1-3. Interface on SYS.

I remember one of the things I did was adjust servo frequencies, i.e. 200Hz for the fubaba bls452 and 560Hz for the tail servo Hitec HSG-8315BH.

thanks for your help!
