The hbl850 im using in my raptor 700 can handle 333hz and the tail servo hbl980 can handle 560hz. Do I set these as max or saver to use lower hz values?

it should work without any problem.
But for the cyclic 200Hz should be enough.

If the servos are cool you can increase it.
