Governor with Futaba R617fs (PWM) Receiver?

Hello,

I use a Futaba R617fs Receiver, the old PWM one.
I want to start using the Governor in the SPIRIT FBL, but the Governor menu will only activate if I choose the Spectrum Rx.

Will the Futaba PWM Rx not work with SPIRIT Governor?
Is Spectrum the only Rx that can use the Governor in the SPIRIT Software?

My understanding is that you cannot use the gov while using pwm of any rx.

Get yourself a futaba sbus receiver. You can use the gov and its much cleaner. With the normal spirit you will need the small inverter cable. Pro has it build in.
