Hi, I have a Bluetooth module that I have been using with no probs. Then the other day I accidentally plugged the system plug in the wrong way round so the syestem(yellow) lead was in the negative terminal. Now whthe BT will not read from the unit but it will connect to my Phone. I have tried unpairing it from my phone but still will not work. Is it stuffed or is there a fix?. Any help would be appreciated
Cheers

It's likely gone.... probably it also gets hot.... Happend to me as well.
If you still can get access with PC Interface, your FBL SYS Port is still okay, but BT bye bye.
On LV setup my BT Module survived wrong plugging, but on HV setup, plugin Signal Line into Power Port broke it as well.
On my 2nd BT module I marked Signal (SYS Port) with my wife pink nail polish.
If you can solder, add 1k-10k resistor on each Signal (SYS-Port) wire.
As I learned from Tomas, new WLAN module got this kind of plug protection build in.

Yes, I plugged in the wifi module powered by my kosmik bec for 2 minutes and it still works fine now

protection works.
Why not supply a sticker(thin bar) with orange and black so people can choose of they want it on there units.

It was on a lv set up. 6s 450l Dom
The system port on the unit still works fine but the BT doesn't read the unit but yet it connects to the phone.
There was no heat at all but im picking something is kaput.
