How is stabilization mode supposed to look when moving the heli around on the bench ?
If i tilt it forward should he elevator move back and if i tilt left or right should the swash oppose the direction.

I ask this as when i tilt left or right the servo drops in that direction like Ive input left or right on my radio.

Yes, this is correct.

The swashplate should stay in the inclinaction with respect to the model.
It should not return immediately when moving with the model.
