Setup improvement - reducing servo speed while in setup

In the setup it could be helpfull, if the servos would not move at full speed, when changing between normal and adjustment mode (6° especially), because this sometimes causes displacing of the neutral posision of a pitch gauge (most of them are quite haevy for small helicopters).
So slowing down the servos when changing between actual position and 6°-position would reduce this problem.
