System update

Hi, while trying to update the firmware of my Spirit unit to the latest version, as requested by the software application, it suddenly hanged up and stop responding. Now the unit is dead with no power lights nor any activity. The software manager does not recognize the unit at all. Can you people please help me, any suggestions are welcome.
