Question about adaptive Rudder stopping & the channel 0 data

Hi Tomas,

How does the tail stopping algoritm work? Do we need to do some sort of trim flight with a view stops in both directions? Won't it become bad after some flying because we can't turn it off and you are not Always stopping at max?

Can you explain the data pass though? I see I can pass though vibration axis but how do we log?

Hi,

no, you do not have to do anything.
It is completely automatic. If it will notice that there is a problem during the stopping, it will change internal parameters to avoid it.
It will always allow the maximum performance when no problem is present.
It can do the changes all the time, so it will adapt to any head speed immediately.

CH0 Output is working as retransmission of selected channel.

Cool, can't wait to try it. Had a tiny bounce back :)

Will there be such a feature for the main gain? To improve hard stops (wobbles)?

Finally flew 2.1 today. On first hardstops I had a little bounce back, but after 2 to 3 pirouettes with hardstops it was rock solid. Even to the right the stops are great. Something I could never get right this easily with vbar.
Great update :)
