The magic smoke came out. Now it won't power up.
How do I send it in?

If you bought it from Esprit, you can send it to them.
But faster option is to ship it to us (address on the white Spirit box).

If you wish to repair it very fast - there is option with UPS. So that everything including delivery to you is done in 5 days.
I guess that you are from USA.
