Well I've been at it for more than I'm willing to admit. After reading the manuals for each device, reading through several forums and tons of posts, the picture I put together is how I believe it should go. Let me know if this is correct. Thank you for the help!
What I want to achieve is this:
1- use the Futaba switch to turn on and off the electronics in order to avoid a spool up mishap
2- use the Glacier battery as a backup pack via the PRO GUARD+
How do I connect all these electronics?
you should take the red wire from the jive master if your using a BEC, no need for the switch in that order since its before the lipo, and the ESC is power from main packs, in other words or you use internal BEC from ESC or use external BEC like the lipo an perfect regulator
Boy I never thought it would be this difficult... here's 2 more updated drawings of different methods. Is one of them closer to completion then the other? They both look close
The charging capabilities of the PRO GUARD+ is what sold me on it, I'd love to be able to use it's capabilities.
Thanks for any input!

I am little bit confused with the Pro Guard+ manual, but..
What I recommend is to:
1) put master and slave cables directly to the receiver. Master to the THRO port, slave to AIL.
2) connect another servo cable between from RX to the unit. Can be from ELE to AUX.
3) connect Pro Guard (Main) with the receiver by a cable.
I am not 100% sure about internal connection of the Pro Guard+, so I can be wrong about point 3.
