Driver for windows is directly in the Software installer. So it can't be closer to you.
When you will visit the page I have sent you, there is stated:
If you are on Windows, please re-install the software with the option for Driver installation. Then it will install correct driver. Then reboot the PC.
So this will install the driver.

Does it mean that it is still at 0%?
Have you verified that the other points are met?
Prerequisities for the recovery process:- Status LED of the unit must flash for a short time during power up.
- Disconnect ELE/PIT/AIL cable from the unit (when PWM connection is used).
Do you see that the status LED is flashing for a short time?
Are you able to try it on a different computer?

Ah, this is not good.
This mean that the guide and the recovery mode can't be used if the Status LED of the unit will not flash even for half a second. This is why the points are marked as Prerequisite.
Please check it carefully, because the LED will be ON only for a very short time.
Are you sure you have flashed the 4df file? (not a BIN)
In the worst case we can reflash the unit for free.
Or are you able to send the unit to Esprit model? They can try to reflash it as well.
Normally the process will not take more than 1 minute. Unfortunately if the LED will not blink, then the problem was not rather with the flashing but something else. We will find it in any case.
