Spirit System

Hi Everyone,

This question has probably been asked before but I was unable to find an answer for it.
I suspect it's a com port problem on my laptop.

When I plug in the battery, I get a solid red light on my Spirit Pro but the interface says no connection.
Anyone know what the solution to this is?

do you starting the software after the unit is initialized?
This is very important.

Yes, it might be a COM port issue - probably USB interface driver was not installed. You can install it through the Spirit Settings installer - just tick driver instalation there.

No I had the software already running before it was initialized. Let me try this and see if it works.
