Micro Spirit wiring (SOLVED)

Hi,
Received new Micro Spirit fast! Thank You! It looks great!
Although not stated in the manual I assume the connector pin pattern is the same as original Spirit gyro; signal pin closest to label then red positive pin; then black (brown) ground pin nearest the edge (for servo connections).
In the box are 2 adapter cables. One adapter terminates with a Futaba male set of pins that I assume is to adapt the USB system cable for connecting to a computer. However; the red and black (brown) wire positions are switched so instead of white-red-black the JST plug that connects to the Micro Spirit is white-black-red. I assume this has to be a mistake as it changes the connections for the USB to SYS connector from previous Spirit pattern.
The other adapter cable also has the pin positions switched the same way. It terminates in a Futaba female socket connector (just like the one on the end of a servo cable or a ESC/BEC). I can't figure out what a person would use that for.
A clarification on the wiring please. I have my own tools and supplies to terminate cables with my own JST connectors so I just need to be sure of the Micro Spirit pin positions.
Thank You
