Channel mismatch transmitter and unit?!

Hello Tomas,

in the menu item "Servo Assignment" of my transmitter (JETI DS-16) I have adjusted the following channel mapping:

1. Throttle
2. Aileron
3. Elevator
4. Pitch
5. Rudder
6. Gyro sens.
7. Bank (if used)
8. Stabi (if used)

This mapping originates from the manual: http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.p ... ntegration

Can you cut the Gordian knot: In the diagnostic tab of the unit the functions are running only the right way, if I leave default channel mapping in the unit. It results in problems, if I adopt the channel mapping of the transmitter (in other words: if channel mapping in the unit is the same as in the transmitter). I have to use the following channel mapping in the unit in order to get a correct working unit:

1. Throttle
2. Aileron
3. Elevator
4. Rudder
5. Gyro Gain
6. Pitch

7. Bank
8. F: Stabi Function

As you can see, channel 4, 5 and 6 are mismatching with the transmitter.

There is also another problem: (1) In the Device Explorer/Spirit of the transmitter I can only see the channels Throttle, Gyro Gain and Banks and F: Stabi Function. But not any other channels. (2) And in the menu item "Servos" I cannot see the pulse of the cyclic servo?!

Channel mapping (transmitter):

The missing items in the unit (JETI integration): e.g. pulse for cyclic and channel settings

What is the [2] standing for?

SPIRIT.bin and firmware are up to date.

Kind regards

Christoph

Hello,

it is correct that the channel numbers are not matching. Each manufacturer has different channel mapping and you can even set channel order differently in the Jeti transmitter.
So the numbers are just relative - important is what they correspond to (function).

Yes, default settings in both will just work (if Jeti channel mapping is really default). You can use our Jeti profile available here:
http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.p ... ntegration

Regarding missing values - servo neutral pulse is always 1520us so there is no reason to make it visible in Jeti.
Channel order of not listed channels should be always in default - there is no reason to change it since you can also always change it in your transmitter.
