Frequency and delay for N630HV/N650HV Servo

Hi,

if I have a look at the provided servo list, I can see differences between advised settings compared the those that are provide by the manufactures.

Is there any experience to what frequency and delay the stock Servos of the Agile 5.5 (N630HV and N650HV) should be set? KDS tells for both a frequency of 333Hz.
