HW telemtry cable/ spektrum sat adaptor

Are this two connectors the same? Or is there some internal wiring thats different? So can i use the spektrum adaptor that i already have and use it for the HW telemtry cable?

They are not same.

You can make Telem UNI from Spektrum adapter by unplugging/cutting red wires (ideally from both connectors).
Then it will work. Without this modification it can cause a big problems.

So just disconnect the red wires from both ends of the sat adaptor?

I made my own this way. Used my crimp tool to crimp regular servo pins onto one end of the sat cable. The unused + wire was folded back and covered with heatshrink.

If using orange-black-grey sat cable the orange is + and needs to be removed. Grey is signal and black is -
