Well, you will probably need a receiver, no?
Moreover, is it not the Optic6 a Hitec?

You can use Spirit units with basically any radio including your.
Usually PWM connection is working with all.
It is only dependent on your receiver capabilities.
What is your receiver?

Optima 6 receiver has support for PWM connection, so you have to connect it according the PWM scheme:
http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.p ... _.28PWM.29It should be:
RX.....SPIRIT
------------------
Ch 1.....AIL (ELE/PIT/AIL port)
Ch 2.....ELE (ELE/PIT/AIL port)
Ch 3.....Your ESC
Ch 4.....RUD port
Ch 5.....AUX1 port
Ch 6.....PIT (ELE/PIT/AIL port)

As you can see on the scheme, ESC is connected to the receiver.
Servos always to the unit (ports CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4).
Ch 1 - Ch6 that I have written are from receiver.
