I was wondering how accurate the consumed capacity is with a HobbyWing v4 esc. Still thinking about up grading from a v3 to a v4.
Thanks

Once you have set the I shunt % right it is pretty accurate. My packs come down at 22 to 23% every time, no matter what headspeed or flying style I use.

120a with bec. I have a 130 opto due to arrive in the next few days so can test that and let you know how that performs if you like.

It seems you might need a "dounle opto isolator" cable to get mah consumed to work on some Opto models. I can confirm this is the case with the 200A. Sadly this cable is not available from HW as yet (suppose to be fall 2017, who knows)

Please post your experience when the 130A arrives.

It's all set up ready to fly, I just need the rain to stop and some time to test it.

I tried my HW 130a v4 today. All settings were the same as my 120a and the Mah reading was exactly the same. The pack came down with 2% less in it. So I was still landing my packs on 20%.

When I first set up my 120 I set up the I-shunt. After that I took note of how many Mah was on my tx screen when I landed with 22%. I now have my alarm set for that number and it works flawless every time.

Hope this helps
