Hi,
i bought a new Spirit black Edition.
First flight with my KDS 450BD was very good but:

- Heli nicks a little when i do pitch bumps in forward flight
- while hovering and i do pitch bumps the tail has no good holding. 5-7cm (i tested tail gyro gain from 50 to 70... no effect)

Have somebody tipps for configuration?

Elevator inclination during pitch pumping can be usually solved by correcting the servo centering.
Please see this guide - this will help you with perfectly precise cyclic servo configuration.

For the tail issue we will see depending on your configuration.

Can you also describe what servos are you using?
