Spirit System

Hello everyone,
Which you advise me, for complete servo kit for heli class 250-300 (Trex 250 and Oxy3 both), not expensive, but reliable, for the Spirit Micro?


i have old savox series Sh 0257, with brushed motor, are inaccurate and have play on the Fbl.
strangely they work well around 100 khz, if they fall to 50-60 Khz they become very inaccurate
I discovered it since I converted head from flybarred to flybarless, on my old trex 250.


I have to buy two sets(n.8) of servos and I would like to get them the same brand, for two Heli trex 250 and oxy 3, for Spirit Micro.

for Oxy 3 I recommend normal Spirit units if you have not bought the unit yet. Very likely for T-Rex it would be better choice too due to servo connectors on your servos.
But if you have uSpirit you will need 4x JST-Servo cables which will solve problem of different connectors.

To get the best performance I recommend at least MKS DS92A+ or DS93, DS95 for cyclic. DS93i, DS95i for tail. But these are rather expensive. But you can't find anything better.
If you want a cheap servos but still not bad performance, then for example Turnigy 306MG will work quite well.
Then there are some KST servos that are nearly same.

Yes, I highly do not recommend Savox 025X servos or anything similar with brushed motor.

I can calmly crimp a bit of everything, I have also been tuned for the JST ZH series as photos
I also prefer the micro on the oxy, I also have a spirit pro, but there I installed it on the trex 500.maybe I buy the normal spirit, not the pro.i am still undecided, what to mount on oxy 3.
