Someone who helps me understand the 6° CYCLIC tuning?

Hi all, someone who helps me to understand how to set the value of the 6 degrees tuning geometry in the Advanced tab of the Unit? I ask as this has not been changed and I have always forgotten everything by default.
Usually when I do a new setup to a heli, the first thing is to put the servos horn in the center, often I can not without the help of the subtrim in the unit, then I move to have 11 degrees of positive and negative excursion of the plate, check with throttle... then after checking the endpoints, if the servos at the limit strain, and I reduce the range in the servo travel tab, if necessary, then change the pitch range value to have 11 degrees positive and negative, and I always make sure in the same pitch tab range that the slider and the value of the cyclic tunig is wide to make me reach 11 degrees.but in the advanced tab I've never gone after I'm wrong?
I only check that with the curve of the step on the radio I get the values set by myself. Until now I have never had problems with this basic configuration, but I have never overturned a heli and so now I have doubts if the angles and degrees of the cyclic are right.
Thank you all
