Spirit System

Hi,

Just hoping for a little help / advice.

I have had a Spirit (standard) for about 2 years now, while I am very happy with the unit I have had it on one of my less-favoured helis and not really got on with flying with a finger on the rescue button, so I have not used it as much as I expected. I have now bought the Geolink (on backorder), but need a little advice please.

I have a DX7 (7 channel) transmitter and a satelite on the Spirit, so I was planning on using the Geofence and Altitude limit on my "extra" channels - is this possible??, from reading the instructions it looks OK (and know that I should have checked first )

And if I have the Geolink into the satelite port, do I have the Satelite into the Rud port?

Yes the Sat goes into the Rud port with the Spektrum V2 adapter.
On way is to set the Gyro gain in the software then you can use channels 5 and 7 for 2 Geo Link functions.
