Im a new user of the spirit fbl system.im more than happy with the product in fact its fantstic in every way from packaging to quality and the superb user software interface. But above all this i have to say the surport from this company is outstanding. I like everyone sometimes are quick to reach for the keyboard when something's not quite right, but most of if not all the answers lie there in the forum and Thomas has repeatedly answered the same questions sometimes within an hour of the problem being asked. That is outstanding customer service and in today's world that is very refreshing. I will promote this company at every opportunity in the future .Well done spirit systems .superb

I agree with you. I had problems in my first unit and the treatment was exceptional, just like the product, Now I am updating the FBL units in all my helis and waiting for the Geo Link.
