Is my Spirit Pro Broke?

I have a brand new never flown Spirit Pro that I am having difficulty setting up. First thing I did was upgrade to 2.5.0. I am using a Frsky X4RSB receiver with the Spirit Pro set up as shown in the Futaba SBUS connection diagram. I am using a normal servo patch cord without SBUS inversion as this is a Spirit Pro.
Everything connects fine, but I can’t get my servos to work correctly in the Diagnostics tab with the sole exception of the rudder channel. The others don’t move with any particular stick, and it appears as though there is some type of channel crosstalk.
I have double and triple checked that the receiver channels are correctly mapped. The transmitter is outputting the correct signals to the mapped channels as confirmed by the transmitter servo monitor (and servo monitor also confirms there is no transmitter heli mixing going on, e.g., aileron only moves aileron, ele to ele, and pitch to pitch).
What am I missing here? Thanks for help/suggestions on where to go from here.
