OpenTX Spirit pre-programmed model file help needed

Hi.
New to OpenTX and not more than a few months experience with Spirit system. I downloaded the Spirit heli OTX file and are reviewing it in Companion. On Spirit Wiki it says "just download and use". That's probably sweet and dandy, but I'm never content with not knowing the why's of the what's. Was hoping someone here could shed some light on a few things I can't understand.
In OpenTX Companion:
- Tab "Heli" - Long. Cycl, Lateral Cycl and Collective are all set on I1:Rudder. Why is that?
- Tab "Flight modes" - There is a flight mode called Autorot. I get what it's supposed to do, but why does it have the same sw as Idl up 3? There is some mix on this, but I cant see what is supposed to trigger Autorotation/motor cut
- All the curves seem very unusual to me. Are they for Nitro or Governor? (witch I'm not familiar with)
Thanks in advance for any input that can help me understand how this works
